Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you,
including any delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us),
without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction,
unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Partial Performance

If the patient withdraws after the performance of the service has already begun,
they shall pay appropriate compensation for the services rendered up to the time of withdrawal.
This compensation corresponds to the proportion of the service already provided in relation to the total agreed service.

Partial performance is deemed to have occurred in particular where:

• medical or nutritional assessments, anamnesis or preparations have already been performed,

• the creation of individual nutrition or supplement plans has begun,

• organisational services such as laboratory coordination or appointment preparation have taken place, or

• in subscription models, services have already been provided within the current billing period.

 

Exclusion / Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires once the Provider has fully performed the service
and has begun performance only after the patient has expressly agreed
that the Provider may start performing the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period
and has acknowledged that they will lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance
(Art. 16(c) EU Consumer Rights Directive / § 356(4) BGB by analogy).

This applies in particular to:

• Telemedical consultations, once the scheduled session has taken place.

• Subscription models, once the first month of service has begun.
